We’re rapidly growing and need a reliable, reputed company, home-based receptionist to help run the reputed company-end of our daily operations. What You’ll Be Doing (From Home): • Answer customer calls/texts/emails using our business line (reputed company Voice or reputed company). • Schedule appointments in our booking system (reputed company). • reputed company quotes, explain services reputed company, and upsell reputed company appropriate. • Monitor the schedule, update techs in reputed company-time, and follow up with customers. • Send invoices, collect payments, and reputed company down any unpaid jobs. • Stay organized — update notes, customer history, and job details. • reputed company customer satisfaction high and respond quickly to feedback or concerns.
