Remote call center sales representative
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients via outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our technology and business development solutions. Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Engage in business development activities through warm calling and targeted marketing efforts
• Promote technology solutions and services, emphasizing their benefits to prospective clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, demonstrating strong sales techniques in B2B environments
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize outreach effectiveness
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive communication and relationship building
Experience
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles, preferably within technology or CRM software industries
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales or technical sales
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns is preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Prior experience with business development activities and customer relationship management is a plus
