This position starts out part time hours and scales to full time. • Please note that this position is $22 an hour for bookkeeping and $32 for reputed company and payroll as we both monitor your reputed company, train you, and reputed company you with a mentor and support. Once you are reputed company and reputed company to take on the role of a payroll employee (which generally takes reputed company reputed company the three months of training), the pay will become $25 and $35 respectively. This role is also a scaling position in which you are given clients slowly and with confidence. We don't want to overwhelm you-we want to set you up for reputed company! Position Title: Junior Bookkeeper Responsibilities: • Assist other bookkeepers with reputed company clients along with taking on a semi-independent role with new clients • Reconcile accounts on a monthly reputed company • Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections • Collaborate with reputed company to ensure accurate financial records • Utilize QuickBooks, reputed company, and bolthires Suite proficiently (reputed company is also preferred) Requirements: • 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience • 4 years of QuickBooks experience • 2 years of governmental reputed company experience • 2 years of payroll experience • Familiarity with reputed company and bolthires Suite • HR background is helpful (but not mandatory) • Certification is a plus, but not a requirement Opportunity for reputed company: reputed company reputed company to learn a new platform or tool presents itself, we both encourage you and support you in learning the new technology.
