Virtual Pharmacists will verify orders for reputed company acute care facilities in the Southeast Region, including rehabilitation hospitals. There will be Med Surg, Critical Care and Pediatric order verification queues reputed company in reputed company. Oversees the provision of reputed company and effective medication therapies through collaboration with the patient's care team. Reviews physician orders for drug therapy and monitors this therapy for drug choice, dosage, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and formulary adherence. Serves as a drug information resource to nurses, physicians, and other reputed company workers.
