Creative Content & Social Media Manager (Video Editing + Brand Strategy)

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Atlanta, GA (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
20–25 hours/week with potential to grow into a full-time position as brand visibility and project volume increase
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic creative—someone who can blend storytelling, brand execution, and technical production to help scale our company’s personal and business brands
This isn’t a “post and caption” role. It’s for someone who understands how to turn daily execution into high-impact digital content — refining raw video, building narratives, and keeping the brand ecosystem organized and consistent across multiple ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Video Editing
• Edit and repurpose raw video footage from day-to-day operations, podcasts, events, and phone clips into short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Add captions, on-brand transitions, and sound design consistent with the established visual identity.
• Maintain a content library with organized naming conventions for future reuse.
Brand & Social Media Management
• Manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Courtney Mosely, HomeScoutz, and Coffee Today Wine Tonight.
• Write authentic, on-brand captions that match Courtney’s tone: structured, confident, and approachable.
• Monitor analytics weekly to identify what content resonates and refine direction.
• Curate and schedule posts using automation tools (Zoho Social, Metricool, or similar).
Creative Direction & Strategy
• Support the evolution of brand identity for the company (events, promos, and community storytelling).
• Help visually connect the personal brand and business ecosystem (color palette, typography, messaging alignment).
• Provide creative input for website visuals, investor decks, or presentations.
• Contribute ideas for brand series such as “System Over Chaos” or “Behind the Build.”
Community & Engagement
• Manage DM and comment engagement across platforms with professionalism and brand empathy.
• Identify opportunities to connect with founders, investors, and collaborators through digital networking.
• Assist in event coverage for live or recap content.
Requirements
• Strong in video editing and social media storytelling (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut). Experience managing founder or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Thinks like a brand builder, not just a content poster. Understands pacing, tone, and emotional narrative.
• Clean, minimal, luxury-forward. Knows how to visually represent brands that blend tech, real estate, and lifestyle.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive. Can summarize weekly content insights clearly.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Operates best under structure.
