About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide tactical support to the fulfillment network 24/7.
• Handle high volume calls and assist with dispatching needs.
• Navigate and interpret data using MS Excel tools.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
• A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2 years of work experience in logistics/transportation, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel and ability to navigate spreadsheets.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
