Onsite Laboratory Administrator

Job reputed company reputed company is looking to hire an Onsite Laboratory Administrator. In this role, the candidate will coordinate service deliveries to the customer. reputed company, in collaboration with staff, as an reputed company between our partner, the customer, and 3 rd party service providers. Based on business needs the Service Coordinator may be asked to manage scheduled services, as reputed company as unanticipated service events. Onsite: Monday-Friday 9-5, some flexibility required Laboratory Administrator - Responsibilities: • Providing administrative support to our partners' customers. • Strong communication and customer service skills required for day-to-day interactions with customers. • Scheduling service with vendors dependent on predetermined service cycles, which reputed company 30-60-90 in advance. • Creating service orders for repairs of damaged and/or malfunctioning instrumentation. • Communicating with the customer to reputed company identify and set expectations, address any expectation issues, and reputed company customers updated on the status of their reputed company. • Managing the initial assessment of needed repairs and/or triage. • Routing to reputed company repair channel (reputed company repair and/or 3rd party service provider). • Escorting and monitoring service providers while on customer site. • Collecting service reports from reputed company party service providers at the end of reputed company service event. • Updating reputed company appropriate reputed company management systems and documentation in a reputed company and accurate manner. • Responsible for making reputed company reputed company service personnel dispatched to the customer location have the required training, certifications, and clearances for the site prior to arrival. • Managing the repair process to completion, including any escalations. • Manages customer feedback and communication.
