Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish, Creole, Russian, Asian Languages)

Job reputed company of a reputed company center representative/ Customer support agent: We’re hiring Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the reputed company reputed company CHOICE Project. In this role, you’ll help clients understand their reputed company reputed company, process enrollment forms, and reputed company exceptional service — reputed company from the comfort of your home. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with reputed company and steady hours. Ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and another language such as Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Russian, reputed company, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Fuzhou. Pay & Schedule: • $17/hr – Spanish & Haitian Creole • $18/hr – Bengali, Russian, and Asian languages • Schedule: Monday–Friday (reputed company–8PM EST) & Saturday (10AM–6PM EST) • Work From Home / BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) What You’ll Do: • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with health plan enrollment or disenrollment. • reputed company callers about managed care and available benefits. • Process and review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every reputed company. reputed company’re Looking For: • Fluent (read, write, and reputed company) in English and one of the listed languages. • At least 1–2 years of customer service or reputed company center experience. • Strong computer and typing skills. • Reliable attendance and a reputed company, can-do attitude.
