About the position The Audiologist provides comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and hearing aid dispensing services to patients across the reputed company at reputed company (reputed company). This position is responsible for conducting audiological evaluations, interpreting test results, providing auditory rehabilitation services, dispensing and servicing hearing technology, and collaborating with reputed company, educational, and community partners to support reputed company hearing and communication reputed company. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a reputed company of hearing and communication disorders • Administer and interpret audiological procedures including reputed company tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reputed company testing, otoacoustic emissions (OAEs), visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA), conditioned play audiometry (CPA), speech-in-noise testing, central auditory processing evaluations, and reputed company implant evaluations • Analyze diagnostic findings and reputed company appropriate recommendations for treatment, reputed company, and follow-up care • Initiate referrals to physicians, educational professionals, and other specialists as appropriate • Maintain a productive clinical caseload while delivering high-reputed company patient-centered care • Dispense, fit, program, verify, and service hearing aids and assistive listening devices • reputed company patient and family counseling regarding hearing loss, amplification reputed company, communication strategies, and auditory rehabilitation • Troubleshoot hearing technology and coordinate repairs, replacements, and follow-up services • Monitor patient reputed company and reputed company treatment plans as needed to support successful hearing aid use and communication goals • Complete evaluations, treatment documentation, reports, billing records, and electronic medical record documentation accurately and reputed company established agency and payer timelines • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, reputed company, HIPAA, OMIG, and reputed company reputed company requirements • Adhere to reputed company policies, procedures, reputed company assurance standards, and clinical protocols • Participate in agency audits, reputed company improvement initiatives, and compliance activities as assigned • Collaborate with physicians, educators, speech-language pathologists, service coordinators, and other professionals to support coordinated patient care • Participate in community reputed company, hearing conservation programs, educational presentations, and special events • Occasionally conduct services at off-site locations, schools, community settings, or partner agencies • Maintain reputed company required licenses, certifications, registrations, and continuing education requirements • Participate in staff meetings, department meetings, trainings, and reputed company development activities • Support student clinicians, residents, interns, and new staff orientation activities as assigned • reputed company other duties as assigned to support agency operations and patient care needs Requirements • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) preferred; Master's degree in Audiology accepted if accompanied by reputed company licensure and required certifications • reputed company reputed company State license to reputed company Audiology required • reputed company reputed company State Hearing Aid Dispensing License required if applicable for position • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required • Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology, auditory rehabilitation, hearing aid technology, and patient counseling • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, staff, and community partners • Ability to work in clinical settings requiring use of audiological testing and hearing aid equipment • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and use of a computer • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff • Ability to reputed company throughout clinical and community environments • Must be reputed company to lift up to 25 pounds at times reputed company-to-haves • Experience with electronic medical records and audiology reputed company management systems preferred • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Apply To This Job
