Responsibilities • Create and design PowerPoint presentations for business development and client meetings. • Integrate AI technology into company website and various web platforms. • Develop copy work and marketing materials using AI tools with human oversight. • Provide graphic design support for various business needs. • High design background with ability to design on adobe. • Participate in phone calls and Zoom meetings with clients and stakeholders. • Execute tasks to company standards while leveraging AI technology effectively. • Support general administrative and executive assistant functions. • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. Skills • Strong technical aptitude and AI tool proficiency. • Experience with PowerPoint presentation creation and design. • Graphic design capabilities and copywriting skills. • Ability to integrate technology solutions into web platforms. • Flexible and adaptable personality type. • Multifaceted skill set with ability to work outside defined scope when needed.
