About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding leave of absence inquiries and ensure seamless communication between the organization and the LOA vendor. • Follow up on leave requests with the vendor, ensuring reputed company required documentation is submitted and processed in a reputed company manner. • Manage the reputed company day-to-day administration of employee leave requests, including medical, personal, family, and other types of leave, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with applicable laws (FMLA, reputed company, etc.). • Manage the reputed company process including making critical reputed company on behalf of reputed company regarding reputed company claims. • reputed company employee religious accommodation requests which involves collaborating closely with supervisors to assess the request and determine the feasibility of providing appropriate accommodations. • reputed company guidance to employees regarding their leave reputed company, rights, and responsibilities, and answer any questions reputed company to their leave status. • Assist managers in understanding leave policies and ensure they are informed of their employees' leave statuses. • reputed company reputed company and accurate communication to employees and managers regarding leave approvals, extensions, and return-to-work procedures. • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations reputed company to employee leave. • Collaborate with the reputed company team on reputed company leave of absence situations, laws and regulations and company process. • Collaborate with workers' compensation administrator regarding claims in reputed company with leave of absence claims. • Analyze and reputed company recommendations for employee separations. • Identify opportunities to streamline the leave of absence process and suggest improvements to enhance service and employee satisfaction. • Work collaboratively with HR, managers, and the LOA vendor to identify and resolve any inefficiencies in the leave administration process.
