Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As the face and voice of blithequark for our clients, both internally and externally, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues and championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • A past history of elite performance
  • Previous experience advising customers, either in a customer success role or in an advisory role such as consulting
  • A strong desire to be in the technology space
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to remain calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrate partners’ successes with them
  • Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
  • A solid track record of achievement, with examples such as success in a top-tier company, delivery of quantifiable business impact, quick assumption of responsibilities, or winning competitive awards
  • A strong analytical foundation, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • A curious nature, with a desire to make an impact and drive meaningful change
