**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
* Analyzing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors in financial data
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Staying up-to-date with changing financial regulations and laws, and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with a focus on data entry and analysis
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB guidelines, and SOX/internal controls
* Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CPA certification or other relevant certifications
* Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
* Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, including Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank
