• Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
• Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid CPhT license if residing in Arizona
• A valid MA Tech license (Preferred CPhT) if residing in Massachusetts
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
• Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts

Technical Requirements

If you will be working from home occasionally or permanently, you will need to have an internet connection obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
