About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle account creation and management for various print offices, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including record supply management and brings section back, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Years of general office experience, with a focus on customer service and data entry.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex accounting spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize a varying daily workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Willingness to work a standard schedule, with flexibility to ensure coverage and support the team as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
