About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, while being supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to minimize churn
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
