**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of medical education and training programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for fellows engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate and business unit objectives
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic programs
* Measuring fellows program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
* Partnering with sales reps, sales leadership, and KOL program directors to optimize engagement and experience with fellows
* Creating strategies and programming that lead to early adoption of blithequark software before or during fellowship
* Collaborating with Medical Education to execute programming that connects fellows with surgeon thought leaders in education programming involving blithequark
* Establishing metrics for monitoring blithequark adoption in fellowships and recommending strategic changes to improve effectiveness
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred
* 10+ years of work experience, with 7+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
* 7+ years of relevant clinical experience in Orthopedics
* Experience working within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
* Experience with budget management and financial planning, with the ability to manage budgets and prioritize investments

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary for this role is $112,800 - 239,900, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
