Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote, phone, and live support role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize available resources to configure, develop, and execute cost-effective, supply chain solutions to support customer needs and resolve customer experience issues.
  • Support initiatives that directly impact the customer journey, driving valued-added solutions for both the customer and blithequark.
  • Analyze customer and service performance data to inform strategic planning improvements.
  • Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Review and resolve any data accuracy issues, including valuation, country of origin, unit of measure, and classification.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain supporting documents for import clearance and compliance.
  • Support compromise processes and ensure import activities comply with government regulations and guidelines.
  • Define, enable, run, and work cycles and systems related to customs import controls.
  • Maintain processes, controls, record-keeping, and audit readiness regarding import entry.
  • Apply quality standards to identify process improvement opportunities, determine available options, execute strategies, and make recommendations to management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of work experience in external customer issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coordination of air and sea shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.
  • Customs import controls and clearance experience.
  • Certified Export Specialist (CES) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification.
  • Master Product Specialist (MES) certification.
  • Customs Broker License (CBL).
  • Quality improvement certification or experience, such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related.
