**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
* Designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
* Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources, including our in-house tools and external databases
* Effectively communicating data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
* Recognizing patterns and defining gaps in our applicant tracking system and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
**What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
* Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting cycle
* Prior relational database experience, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
* Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to complex data analysis
