**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving support issues
* Escalating more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments
* Troubleshooting customer problems and determining resolutions
* Tracking and documenting inbound support requests
* Updating customer information accurately
* Meeting job performance standards
* Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
* Comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Experience in customer service preferred
