Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will be the main point of contact for bilingual communication with our customers, working with multiple channels including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence. You will support customers through a variety of mediums, establish customer needs, link product benefits to customer needs, process product orders, and maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media
- Establish customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy
- Link product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution
- Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests
- Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bilingual language skills (Spanish and English)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $15.20 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to our competitive salary, we offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
