Your strong and diverse skillset will be utilized to complete questionnaires and surveys via telephone, obtain and verify needed information, and respond to caller inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes questionnaires and surveys via telephone using standard scripts and standard operating procedures
- Obtains and/or verifies needed information for cases by answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls when further information is needed
- Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Routes calls to appropriate departments and utilizes scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommends improved procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent computer navigation skills, and knowledge of customer service principles and practices. You should also have some experience in a call center or customer service environment, outstanding customer service skills, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you'll need to be bilingual in Spanish and have good data entry and typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Please note that working virtually is not something that can be combined with watching TV, listening to music, being on mobile devices, preparing meals, running errands, car-pooling, doing household chores, providing pet care, elder care, or childcare. Virtual workers with dependents must make arrangements for personal chores as if they were working in a conventional office location.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
