- Handle phone and email inquiries from customers regarding price quotes, scheduling of calibrations for vehicles, and post-calibration billing
- Provide quality customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and timely
- Establish and maintain constant communication with customers, keeping them informed of the status of their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries
- Generate sales and buys from online leads, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of different types of ADAS systems and calibrations, providing expert advice and guidance to our customers
- Assume other duties as assigned, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school degree or equivalent. While not essential, we prefer candidates with call center customer service experience, as well as those who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish. If you have 2+ years of college education, this will be considered an asset.
