Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a gaming enthusiast with a passion for online interactions, this role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to make a real impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional support * Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand experience * Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue * Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall support quality * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices * Work in a fast-paced online environment, managing multiple conversations simultaneously **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Idaho * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment, managing multiple conversations simultaneously * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in customer-facing roles * Gaming experience, with a strong understanding of online gaming communities and etiquette * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment, managing multiple conversations simultaneously * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all interactions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
