Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States, with a reliable and dedicated workspace for remote work
- Windows PC with I5 CPU or better, 8GB RAM or more, and a hard-wired internet connection with speeds greater than 50MB per second
- Requires a USB headset for clear and efficient communication with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
