As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist at blithequark, you will be an essential part of our Customer Service and inbound Contact Center team. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company best-in-class service to our clients, answering their questions and concerns regarding 401(k) plans and administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 20-40+ inbound phone calls per day, addressing reputed company inquiries and concerns regarding 401(k) plans and administration

Requirements and Qualifications
