About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative and Package Handler at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for monitoring incoming orders and packages, inspecting product boxes for damage, and consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided. You will also be required to deliver packages to local postal locations and ship them using provided shipping labels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages
- Stay available to receive shipments at the designated address
- Inspect product boxes for damage and take and upload photos as required
- Consolidate or process outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
- Deliver packages to local postal locations and ship them using provided shipping labels
- Work independently at home or in a home office environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and support as needed

Qualifications and Requirements
