The Opportunity

Your Role
As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting company sales goals by promoting our services, selling our products, and generating prospects for the branch
- Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals
- Applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client grievances, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals and objectives
General Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services
- Experience in sales and collections preferred
- Service-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development
- Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business
- High School diploma or College preferred
