Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers, with a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
