Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a key member of our customer supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers across Europe, managing daily operational execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operational execution of shipments with stakeholders, including warehouses, to provide the best possible service to customers
  • Ensure the validity of orders and fulfill them according to expectations, flagging risks and constructively collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions
  • Support customers' visibility on their order book by ensuring proper administration and standardized communication
  • Execute and optimize intercompany orders, master data corrections, electronic data interfacing, order scheduling, product life cycle management, and other supporting operational duties
  • Collaborate with other Customer Supply Chain Specialists, Distribution teams, and Customer Collaboration Managers to achieve metrics and meet customer supply chain targets
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer service, predictability, and operational efficiency, challenging the status quo to enable continuous improvement
  • Support and act as a backup to Customer Collaboration Managers in managing customer performance requirements, depending on seniority

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Relevant working experience in supply chain, operations, customer service, or related fields
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with French being a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in international business environments
  • Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau
  • Customer, market, and channel knowledge and experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Embracing continuous learning and process improvement
