About the Role

We have an exciting full-time remote opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. This is a unique chance to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work a 4-day workweek schedule, which may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone, email, and text-based support to blithequark customers, partners, users, and other community members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Address all customer concerns politely, using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Balancing efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and taking proactive measures to prevent escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary, ensuring timely and successful delivery of packages and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, providing creative solutions to complex problems and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Effectively use Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues, maintaining up-to-date records and providing valuable insights to improve our services.
  • Collaborate with team members from various blithequark departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • A combination of sales, customer service, or logistics experience, optimally with a technology or logistics company, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities, and adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
  • Able to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot, using critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and able to comfortably navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity, using initiative and creativity to find solutions and improve outcomes.
  • Must have the ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be flexible to meet the needs of our customers and business.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and other languages may also be an advantage in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of logistics and delivery operations, and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or logistics, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
