As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk / Typing Fully Remote, you will be responsible for managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, assisting with events, and handling administrative tasks such as filing and equipment maintenance. Your duties will include: * Greeting and accommodating visitors and coordinating with appropriate personnel * Assisting visitors with proper visitor information, including badges and appropriate security access, and return of same upon departure * Setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors * Assisting with conference room reservations and maintaining room reservation calendars * Placing catering orders for meetings as well as food and beverage set up and clean up * Assisting with technology needs in conference rooms, including setting up zoom meetings and a/v presentations * Creating guest Wi-Fi credentials and assisting with guest connectivity * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms * Loading, running, and unloading dishwashers on a weekly basis and/or as often as needed * Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing * Creating accurate spreadsheets * Entering and updating information into relevant databases * Ensuring data is backed up * Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered * Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval * Handling additional duties from time to time **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Strong customer service skills * Proficiency in office equipment operation * Ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments * High School Diploma * Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities * Good command of English * Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed **Benefits** As a full-time employee of blithequark, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $15,000-$70,000 contingent on relevant experience and education.
