As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge technology. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will be responsible for: * Conducting statistical analysis to inform business or product decisions (e.g., cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact assessment) * Delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, developing clear and concise visualizations of quantitative data * Developing and automating reports, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs * Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, formulate, and complete assessments that include data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations * Helping blithequark focus on key decisions to enhance products and services **Essential Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.) * Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.) * Experience articulating product questions, pulling statistics from datasets (SQL), and using statistics to attain an answer * Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication abilities, with first-rate business judgment **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently attending a degree program within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time * In their penultimate academic year or returning to a degree program after completing an internship * Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business guidelines * Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise visualizations of quantitative data * Proficiency in statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.) * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Strong business judgment and ability to inform business or product decisions with data-driven insights **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of blithequark's team, you will have the opportunity to: * Work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge technology * Collaborate with talented individuals and learn from their experiences * Develop your skills and competencies through training and professional development programs * Pursue career growth opportunities within the company, with a focus on promoting from within **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and inclusive company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
