**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist I at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers through various channels, including trouble tickets, telephone, and email. You'll investigate and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service with a deep understanding of our products. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and trouble tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
* Actively investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for users, documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system (Zendesk).
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues when necessary.
* Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system (Zendesk).
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment.
* Prior experience working with a ticketing system or CRM, such as Zendesk.
* Technical background, with a strong understanding of software and hardware issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Reliable internet connection.
**Nice to Have's**
* Experience working in a FinTech environment.
* Customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Troubleshooting experience, with a strong analytical mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software.

**Compensation**
The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At blithequark, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21 - $23/per hour and is overtime eligible.
