**Work from Home Requirements**
As a Customer Care Representative - Work From Home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Use your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and a Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
+ Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
