Responsibilities for a Grant Payment Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Review grant payment requests to ensure reputed company reputed company are met, documents are complete, and data is accurately entered.

• Assist Grant Managers during monthly Regional reputed company calls.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on grant demographics and reputed company costs.

Candidates for the Grant Payment Assistant role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and cell service.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours/week), with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Ability to travel 1-3 times per year domestically.
  

Preferred Qualifications
