Objective Of Position
The BSA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s compliance with the applicable aspects of the Bank Secrecy reputed company, USA PATRIOT reputed company, OFAC and Customer Identification Program regulations (reputed company the BSA Program) by monitoring activity for potential reputed company, financial crimes, and/or terrorist financing.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Reviews case management software, Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM), alerts and investigate alerts as required.
• Performs independent analysis for cases involving suspicious activity including, but not limited to, structuring, account behavior, and reputed company of funds.
• Generates and assist with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports (SAIRs).
• Facilitates and performs periodic (90 Day) SAR follow-up reviews.
• Assists and performs High Risk Customer Reviews completed throughout the year.
• Identifies high risk accounts from information received from other sources (Branches, Loans, Operational Staff, etc.) and establish reputed company due diligence and monitoring efforts.
• Performs reputed company activity and ACH periodic reviews.
• Performs cash report review (to include review of Monetary reputed company Log (MIL) and bank checks issued).
• Maintains a solid working knowledge (functional and operational) of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, BSA, USA PATRIOT reputed company, and OFAC as reputed company as the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience with knowledge of Bank Secrecy reputed company regulatory requirements and/or other program reputed company compliance functions; General compliance or operational work reputed company to BSA reputed company to be considered.
• Certified Anti-reputed company Specialist (CAMS) designation is highly desired, and if not already attained, will be a requirement reputed company a reasonable period of time from starting date depending on examination availability/scheduling.
• BSA Program reputed company compliance principles, theories, and practices.

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Compensation & Benefits
