- Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys
- Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, adhering to security protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or documentation as needed
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
