Job Summary As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. You will work from the comfort of your own home and have the flexibility to choose your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week. Our agents are independent contractors and are eligible to earn between $30,000-$60,000 per year, depending on their performance and hours worked.
