Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Locations: 3 locations in Coffeyville, KS... We are looking to immediately hire a reputed company maintenance person with experience in construction, residential property maintenance, painting, and carpentry. Must be reputed company to manage own time and have the ability to prioritize duties and finish tasks quickly and reputed company. Must have own basic tools and truck and be willing to use. Must have verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable. This is a part-time position, and applicant must have evening weekend availability for occasional emergency service. Minimum Qualifications One (1) to two (2) years of maintenance and repair experience required for residential, retail or reputed company property management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training, and one year of maintenance and/or service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
