Key Responsibilities • Review and moderate user-generated content (e.g., posts, comments, videos, images) for adherence to Meta's community standards and guidelines. • Identify and escalate sensitive, harmful, or policy-violating content to specialized teams. • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to complex moderation cases. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review. • Provide constructive feedback to improve moderation guidelines and tools. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of policies. • Stay updated on evolving content trends and platform policies. Required Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Comfortable with reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content. • Proficiency in using web-based tools and applications. • High degree of empathy and understanding for diverse user experiences. • Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection.
