Were hiring a high-performing phone closer to handle pre-set, high-intent appointments and live-transfer leads during evenings and weekends.
100% Remote no office, no commute.
$36K base salary + uncapped commissions (average earnings $100K$150K+).

Shifts occur within yourscheduled 5-day workweek (no more than 5 consecutive workdays).
No fixed lunch breaks take breaks naturally when no appointments or live transfers are scheduled.
Three-Week Rotating Schedule
To ensure balanced weekday/weekend coverage, we use a 3-week repeating rotation.
While calendar availability averages 50 hours per week, your actual working time never exceeds 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Pitch and close high-ticket investment programs via phone and Zoom.
• Take live-transfer calls within 5 minutes of notification during scheduled hours.
• Maintain strong performance metrics (DPP $2,571, Avg. Ticket $6,597).
• Record all activity in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) in real time.
• Follow proven, ethical closing frameworks.
• Participate in training, huddles, and weekly KPI reviews.

Qualifications
2+ years of recent B2C high-ticket phone or Zoom closing experience
Currently in a phone-exclusive role
Proven success with $3K+ ticket programs
3 jobs in the past 5 years (2 preferred)
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-driven, coachable, and ethical
