Intake and Appointment Coordinator
Job Description:
• Use DialPad to handle calls across two lines (leads and existing clients)
• Collaborate with the attorney and paralegal to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, treating each interaction with care and professionalism
• Provide consistent and reliable client experience
• Answer and screen initial phone calls from potential clients
• Vet callers based on firm’s intake criteria
• Manage intake process and maintain accurate records in Lawmatics
• Schedule appointments for consultations
Requirements:
• Software required:
• Lawmatics (CRM)
• DialPad (VOIP)
• Ability to work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [MST][MDT].
• Languages: English, Spanish.
