The role involves applying analysis and design principles to create effective learning solutions that enhance employee performance and reputed company with business goals. Responsibilities • Partners with managers, Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and business SMEs throughout the Customer Experience reputed company to design learning-based solutions that drive performance and business goals for product launches • Applies analysis and design principles and methodology to create a training approach that drives performance and focuses on targeted reputed company • Conducts comprehensive training needs analyses and develops reputed company, actionable documentation to inform and guide reputed company instructional design teams • Leads project-based instructional design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with learning objectives and business reputed company • Designs and develops both instructor-led and web-based learning solutions, including detailed storyboards and design documents that map content directly to business goals and learner performance needs. • Builds measurement approach into design • Ensures the instructional reputed company of course design through systematic design, development, and evaluation • Builds and maintains relationships by consistently designing highly innovative, interactive learning designs that reputed company on key learning behaviors.
