Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, staying up-to-date on the latest airline policies and procedures. Addressing and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Need To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and colleagues.
