We're adding a Senior Project Manager to our team! Our NantHealth Eviti product line is seeking a skilled professional with the ability to work cross-functionally as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, driving project planning, execution, and delivery while also gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To • Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects for Eviti from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement by collaborating with internal teams, business partners, and external clients to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables. • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. • Analyze business processes and workflows within Eviti to identify opportunities for improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiencies. • Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business users. • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document functional and technical requirements, hold engineering estimation sessions, and work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards. • Champion best practices in project management and business analysis, including the use of appropriate methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools for tracking progress and outcomes. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance. • Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to Eviti to ensure solutions remain compliant and competitive. Education & Experience Requirements • 5 years of previous experience required with a Bachelor’s degree (commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree) • Experience with Project Management tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO/TFS) • Proven track record managing healthcare technology projects, including coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and clinical teams to deliver successful outcomes • Advanced knowledge of job area Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities • Problem Solving • Drive process improvements by proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions, directly supporting the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. • Demonstrate expertise in resolving multiple, challenging problems, applying advanced analytical skills to address project and business obstacles. • Leverage strong experience in root cause analysis and creative problem-solving to support requirements gathering, risk mitigation, and project execution. • Organization Impact • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of entire projects or key processes that align with organizational goals and client requirements. • Deliver significant contributions to project outcomes and operational targets by ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. • Influence and implement policies, practices, and procedures across teams, driving results that support both project success and continuous improvement within NantHealth. • Communication • Effectively communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, technical teams, business users, and external clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, facilitating stakeholder engagement and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Translate complex, clinical, technical, or business matters into clear, actionable information, ensuring alignment and understanding across diverse audiences. • Manage interactions with internal and external contacts, confidently addressing challenging questions and providing guidance on project-related policies and procedures. • Leadership • Mentor, guide, and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment that encourages professional growth. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, championing best practices in project management and business analysis to ensure successful outcomes. The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location. • $100,700 - $126,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
