Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

Location: Telecommute Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $43 - 47 per hour We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our sports mobile gaming client's team in a contract capacity. In this role, you would be supporting digital advertising efforts across brand products. You understand creative & production workflows and excel in keeping organized files, managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. The successful candidate will design and animate digital videos for that perform and bring to our campaign to life. Responsibilities: Own production for a high volume of motion design assets (resizing, testing, landscaping, organizing and naming files, etc) • Collaborate closely with the Creative team and Project Managers to plan motion design that supports the creative execution • Partner with copywriters to storyboard and animate digital videos and playables for the channel. • Create videos applying direct response best practices and design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements and usability. • Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate has the following key attributes: creativity, collaborative spirit, confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm. Specifically, • 2-5 years experience in a related role. • Highly proficient in After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator. • Working knowledge of HTML 5 and Javascript a big plus. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • A passion for design and animation with relevant portfolio. • Experience developing creative for major B2C brands. • Understanding of direct-response best practices. • Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential and social). • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A plus if you have experience with automation and production with the online tools such as Pencil AI, Storyteq, Bannerflow • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work - big and small - done. • Avid sports fan and fantasy sports enthusiast. • Project management tool experience (Wrike specifically is a plus). • Experience using AI tools in design production to improve workflows a plus.
