Manager, Talent Acquisition – Sales
Job Description:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sales recruiting team
• Building partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and diverse recruitment sources
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and development
• Inspiring a team of recruiters to achieve greatness
• Leading projects/initiatives that propel hiring capability
• Delivering flawless execution to the business
• Driving the use of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and advanced tools to identify, attract, and hire diverse top talent
• Maintaining accurate and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system
• Implementing scalable processes, metrics, and tools that strengthen hiring capability
• Advising on recruiting strategies and providing market intelligence
• Monitoring and analyzing recruiting performance metrics and addressing trends proactively
• Building strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of work experience
• Previous HR or role-related experience
• 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
• 2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred
• Sales and/or sales recruiting experience preferred
• Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox experience preferred
