Call us NOW! ***Visa sponsorship is available for this position.*** Role: Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant Location: Wilmington, Delaware (Onsite) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and hands-on experience integrating SAP MM with Coupa. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM functionalities while ensuring seamless integration and data flow between SAP and Coupa platforms to optimize procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: SAP MM Responsibilities: • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM (Materials Management) processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV). • Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle - purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, service entry sheets, and vendor payments. • Configure Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Records, Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, and Account Determination. • Support Inventory Management processes including stock transfers, subcontracting, consignment, and material valuation. • Collaborate with FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM teams to ensure end-to-end process integration. Coupa Integration Responsibilities: • Work with technical and integration teams to design and maintain SAP-Coupa interfaces using middleware tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, or MuleSoft. • Configure and support data flows between Coupa and SAP MM, including: • Master data synchronization (vendors, cost centers, GL accounts, materials) • Purchase order and goods receipt integration • Invoice and payment reconciliation • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with business/IT teams to resolve Coupa-SAP errors. • Ensure alignment between Coupa procurement workflows and SAP backend processes. • Collaborate with Coupa functional consultants to optimize approval chains, catalog management, and supplier enablement. General / Project Responsibilities: • Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements. • Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, and forms. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. • Provide end-user training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. • Act as a liaison between business users, SAP teams, and Coupa administrators. • Lead or support global rollout, template deployment, and enhancement projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. • 12+ years of SAP MM functional experience, with at least 2 years of Coupa integration exposure. • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration and implementation. • Hands-on experience with Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management processes. • Working knowledge of Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, and Invoicing. • Strong understanding of SAP-Coupa integration flows and middleware (CPI/PI/PO). • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement. • Coupa Certification (Coupa Platform or P2P) preferred. • Experience with Ariba, Fieldglass, or other procurement tools is an advantage. • Exposure to API-based integration and cloud procurement solutions. • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
