**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via inbound calls, ensuring they find and purchase the perfect products for their needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Handling inbound sales calls (approximately 40 per day, depending on your shift) to help customers find and purchase their ideal products
* Utilizing our booking framework to manage your schedule and ensure maximum accessibility and responsiveness to customers
* Contacting product providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on our website
* Following our assigned Sales Cycle and call stream (testing questions, expecting the sale, building compatibility, etc.)
* Identifying customer needs and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that will enhance their primary purchase
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, measured by a range of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Staying focused on customer needs, minimizing distractions, and maintaining a high level of productivity throughout your shift
* Participating in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think systematically in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
* Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, and maintaining a high level of critical thinking skills
* Familiarity with software applications required for the job
